Live Migraine Experiment


From today I am going to take the following vitamins and supplements because my migraines have got more severe over the past 3 months. I had a migraine for 10 days this month. Maybe the cold weather is making them worse but during my research I found that the following can help. I will let you know how I get on.

I will be taking these every day:


Magnesium citrate 250 mg per day

High strength B vitamins 

Vitamin D3 25ug

Calcium

Omega Fish oil

Evening Primrose oil (this is more to help my cycle but it's all connected!)
